Wireless personal panic transmitter provides the comfort of 24/7 emergency medical response.
If the battery in your Medical Pendant is low, follow the steps outlined below to change it.
To activate your Medical Pendant in the case of a medical emergency, grasp your Medical Pendant, and locate the button in the middle of the device.
Press and hold this button down for 5 seconds. As long as you are within range of the alarm panel (150 feet) the alarm system will be set off and request medical assistance from the monitoring station.
After you have set the alarm off with the pendant, simply press disarm on the alarm panel, and type in the master code to deactivate the siren.
If your Medical Pendant is triggering false alarms, there are a couple of things to check. First, make sure that the button is not being pressed accidentally from being in a pocket, purse, or something similar. Also check to make sure that the button is not stuck down. Additionally, if the device has gotten wet, or been dropped this could also cause false alarms. If you are having false alarms, and none of these explanations are the reason for it, contact Technical Support. Contact Us
